The tile cutter has only one guide rail, a special steel alloy I-beam. The tool carrier carriage surrounds the rail on both sides and moves by means of a ball bearing mechanism. The clamping girth of the carriage rail is regulated by special bolts, as a result, a complete absence of play between the carriage and the rail is achieved and the maximum stability of the handle during cutting. A special alloy and coating of the rail ensures reliable adhesion of the ball mechanism to the rail and excludes the slide of the carriage during operation. Of particular note is the easy movement of the cutter handle. The traditional aluminum alloy frame makes the tool much lighter and more mobile.
